Microsoft continues negotiations over possibly acquiring the popular video app TikTok from ByteDance. Former CEO of Microsoft, Steve Ballmer, during an interview sees this opportunity as particularly exciting for Microsoft to get back into the consumer technology industry, of which it has seen previous success in with titles like Minecraft.
